Previous administrative and clerical experience is preferred but willing to train the right individual with our industry leading paid training program.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Planning Department

  • Contacting municipalities, townships, and other local government offices for permitting 

  • Work with utility companies to facilitate connecting solar panel systems to the grid

  • Managing inbound/outbound permitting and interconnection related calls

  • Completion of project tasks within company database 

  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks

Skills

  • Must have great communication skills

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

  • General administrative and clerical skill sets

  • Previous experience in clerical

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
