Custodian & Maintenance Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as an on-site Custodian and Maintenance Attendant. 

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, as well as performing basic maintenance tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for our employees, customers, and visitors.

Previous Maintenance or Custodian experience is preferred but willing to train the right individual with our industry leading paid training program.

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain clean and organized facility - inside and out

• Assist in general maintenance throughout the facility

• Execute daily cleaning plan (vacuuming & washing floors, kitchen cleaning, dusting)

• Manually clean and use light cleaning equipment

• Report any unsafe conditions or hazards to management

• Responsible for emptying garbage cans throughout facility

• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned by management
  
  

Requirements: 

• Experience using basic hand and power tools

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

• Mechanical knowledge is a plus. 

• Attention to detail 

• Ability to work well in a fast pace  environment

• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements 

• Valid driver's license
