We are looking for someone with great organization skills and who can multitask in our fast paced environment. Previous customer service and clerical experience is preferred but willing to train the right individual with our industry leading paid training program.


DETAILS:

TYPE: Full-Time
LOCATION: 2900 Sycamore St, Harrisburg, PA 17111


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing inbound/outbound customer service related calls

  • Contacting customers to schedule customer service related appointments

  • Update customer records, job progress and notes in CRM

  • Submit and monitor claims into company database

  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks

  • Responding to customer emails


SKILLS:
  • Must have great communication skills

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

  • General administrative and clerical skill sets

  • Previous experience in clerical/customer service

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
