Renu Solar & Roofing is looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to lead and grow our residential solar sales team.

We are seeking someone who understands direct sales, leadership, and accountability. The ideal candidate has experience selling solar or other home improvement products and has personally succeeded in door-to-door or direct sales environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of residential solar sales representatives
  • Coach reps on closing techniques, and objection handling
  • Monitor team performance and drive improvement in key performance metrics
  • Work closely with marketing and the call center to maximize lead opportunities
  • Maintain a strong understanding of solar programs, financing, and energy savings solutions

Must Have

  • Proven sales experience (required)
  • Solar sales experience strongly preferred
  • Previous leadership or management experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Ability to lead by example and set the tone for the team
