    Good morning SS team!

    Dufendach & Ettenger, John & Joyce was a virtual sale.
    Unfortunately, the photos that the Cx submitted do not fulfill all of our requirements.

    Can you please have the Exterior SS tech obtain the necessary interior SS photos when they go to the property?

  • Dehnert Attic
    Good afternoon,

    James Dehnert's attic access point is in a closet that he was not able/willing to clean when the sales rep was at the property at the time of the sale.

    When the rep reached back out to the Cx for an update on the attic photos he stated he was in San Diego and would send them when he returns home.  The Cx's return date is unknown. 

    Can you please see if it's possible for the Exterior SS tech to obtain attic photos when they go out to the property?

    Good afternoon,

    There's only one photo of the breaker box and of the attic for Patrick McCreary.

    This Cx is getting a 100 Amp panel upgrade so I'm not sure if more photos of the breaker box are needed, but I assume that Structural will need additional attic photos.

    If deemed necessary, can you please have the Exterior SS tech take the additional photos when they go to the property?
